Physique Update!
Hi there all! So instead of posting a long blog post today is just about a physique update. I am on week 4 of 24 weeks of German Volume Training. I haven't exactly been monitoring my measurements so I took some this week to be safe- so I can track any progress.
Current Weight: Hovering around 150 lbs.
Height: 5 ft. 4 inches
Chest: 39 1/2 or 40 inches
Waist: 29 1/2 inches
Hips: 40 inches
I haven't done any individualized measurements like biceps or quads or anything....so here have some pictures instead!
